I had a porcelain crown break on my back molar on a Friday night. The edges were sharp and cut my cheek and tongue all weekend. I called Bright Now Dental early on a very busy Monday morning and was told they would call me back. By noon I called again and hadn’t been scheduled but the helpful receptionist checked with the Dentist to see what they could do. They fit me in at 3:30 and the dentist decided to do the work and created a temporary crown. My new porcelain crown will be done in 3 weeks.
I won’t lie and say there wasn’t any pain and one short panic attack. The dentist and assistant were very patient with me and did their very best to keep me comfortable.
I was also offered a nice discount with their union program.
