Overall the staff & dental practitioners were friendly, respectful & very thorough. Unfortunately, Sam at the front desk was very rude & unprofessional. Her lack of customer service skills made my first visit here more challenging than it needed to be.

Update: on my last visit the staff at the front desk were all new. And as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked my information from across the lobby. Please be mindful that people don’t want to share their private information for everyone in the lobby to hear. I appreciate the greeting upon entry but talking to me with a raised voice & expecting me to share my personal information across the lobby is unprofessional. Just because it would expedite the check-in process for staff it doesn’t mean it has the patient’s best interest in mind. I only keep coming back because I pre-paid for my orthodontia care with another Bright Smiles location. Gratefully, Dr. Matt Jones is always welcoming and thorough. And his support staff are always helpful.
