Staff was kind and friendly, they answered most of my questions and seemed fairly understanding. I haven’t done a great job taking care of my teeth and gums, which I’m trying to fix, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff like I have at other dentist in the past. Only problem was that the appointment lasted longer than I thought it would, mainly because my appointment was the first of the day and the main dentist was stuck in traffic. Luckily I didn’t have anything to do for the rest of the day, but if I had it would have been a problem.
