I absolutely love Doc. Falcon, I think hes the best dentist ive ever had. He actually CARES! Now unfortunately when I call this office to get anything done, the work load is always put off onto someone else resulting in call backs up the wazoo. I understand being busy, because I am busy in life, but when a patient makes a phone call to get something done whatever it may be, why make a note for the next person to handle? Like doesnt the front office work as a team, or are they all listed with different doctors?
