Prior to my appointment I was advised about my insurance needs. I cancelled the appointment, called my insurance to activate Dr Luke Kim, and then called back to make another appointment. I was given an appointment for the same day just an hour later! It was amazing and much appreciated. Staff were very helpful and professional. Altogether a great experience.
