I never visited a dental office with an open „floor plan” before.Typically, I visit ones with private rooms.Due to this arrangement, I had a great opportunity to observe the whole dental office routine and I have to say how grateful I am that I made my appoitments here. This place is very well organized and everybody knows what to do.They are all very well prepared for every aspekt of dental treatment.The reception lady always checks if they still in network with your insurance company.They also check if your procedurę is covered and always give you call to reminder you of your upcoming appoitment.They greet you with a smile and polite conversation. They explain what they going to do today and answer all your question. Even when you are waiting for the next step of your treatment ,everything is prepared. The tools are all laid down and whatever is required is ready to go.
They are all very well organized and efficient. I also noticed how they help each other to accomplish whatever should be done for the patient.The dentist is gentle and providing excellent service on your treatment and there is Brenda dedicated and knowledgeable and quick. I also have to mentioned the cleaning of my teeth was the best ever.
Great dental office, great caring crew ,great atmosphere and most importantly excellent service. We moved to Spring Hill a year ago and I still can’t find good beauty shop but i find dental clinic for life.
