What to say about this place. Awesome from start to finish. Someone was supposed to call me back before my visit, it didn’t happen when it was supposed to. But Liliy called me the very next time and was very apologetic and took care of me right away. Once I arrived I was greeted immediately. The young lady at the counter was super friendly. As I was filling out my new patient information I had questions and that is when I met up with LiLiy the young lady on the phone. Her friendliness and demeaner was a breath of fresh air. She had so much patience and helped explained the insurance questions I had. Then Stephanie the young lady who did my X-rays was very clear and friendly with everything she was doing. Not to mention her dealing with my strong gag reflex lol. Then came the moment I had to seat in the dentist chair, there was a young lady that was so sweet and for some reason I missed her name. She too was awesome, and made me feel comfortable. Now I was with the dentist, who I can’t believe I felt so comfortable with. Very thorough in explaining what was going on in my mouth and what I needed. She explain thoroughly the new things they now use and found to be much better. All of that is great to know. Some time we get older and we don’t like change. As Dr. Parry explained things and also made sure I was comfortable. Gave me reassurance if at any time I needed her to stop for whatever reason just put up a hand. It was a little nerve wrecking to hear all that drilling but there was certainly no pain and they were very quick. I think the dental assistant Laura if that is her title. She was explaining the last stages of where we were, she had a calmness to her voice that was rather soothing while waiting. We all laughed a little about the soap opera on the speaker. My experience was excellent. I look forward to see my new dental team in two weeks. To bad I won’t be seeing them for a while after this. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I recommended them to my co-workers as they are looking as well. I know this is a long review but it deserves to be said. Thank you to the entire staff there.
