Lydia was my first contact in setting my appointment over the phone. She professionally represented Brightnow. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and making sure that I knew that 1st time patients were important too and did not have to wait. Your front desk staff, and technicians were amazing, accommodating and professional. Ray thoroughly cleaned my teeth and was gentle and caring. He was caring, warm, and friendly. The reason I did not give a five star is because the Dr gave me an astronomical sales pitch on what work he thought should be done to eliminate my left jaw popping.
