Service and staff were outstanding but they really need to STOP with the upselling and not giving people options. They make people feel like that 1 upsell option they provided is the only option. We should have say and not feel like they won’t provide the service we were scheduled for if we decide we don’t want to approve additional services. I don’t even think the insurance company would be okay with that.
