the dentist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and front desk seem to be all genuinely nice and caring. they were clear and communicative with me about insurance problems, payment, next steps and wait time expectations. i was able to get an appointment the same day/next day as well. they are not the most organized, however. be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting.

I was scheduled for 12:00pm and i got there at 11:50am. only needed x-ray and cleaning but i didn’t get out until 2:40pm. I spent almost 2 hours doing nothing but waiting as the hygienist was out for lunch. they did suggest around 1:20pm that i should come back at 2pm, but why would i go home and sit for 10 min and then come back. not just me but seem like every other patients had to wait for a while as well. I wonder why they would schedule me around the time when staff would not be in office.

the teeth cleaning itself was fine. i like the hygienist but to be honest she was 10 min late, she was cleaning my teeth alone (at other places i usually have 2 hygienists working on me) and i’ve had way more thorough teeth cleaning pretty much everywhere else.

i do like the office and would consider coming back! just some feedback.
