The initial exam / X-ray yesterday and 1st phase of cleaning this morning was thorough .Shaheen , the dental hygienist , took her time to explain to me the do’s and don’ts follow up procedures after this cleaning ,and Dr. Haddock took his time yesterday to explain the results of the X-rays and original dental exam.

However , I did not appreciate being charged this morning an unexpected $14.78 extra surcharge for using my credit card to pay for the 1st of 2nd phases of my dental cleaning. I was not informed ahead of time of the extra charge of using a credit card which I think is underhanded . This is especially the case during this present time when the cost of living keeps increasing each day.
