Started out kinda rocky – not their fault. My insurance went into effect on 7/1 so my appointment was scheduled for then. They weren’t able to verify my coverage so I had to reschedule. I went in the next week and had the X-rays and new patient services. I had been having issues with a back tooth that currently had a crown. He recommended to have it extracted. So today I went it to have it pulled. Several years ago I had a tooth pulled from another dentist and even though I was numb I could feel pressure and feel him pulling and twisting to remove the tooth- so that’s what I was expecting. So he gave me the shot to numb it and then he said he’s take the crown off first. I could feel him pulling the crown -it didn’t hurt just pressure. Then he said ok it’s out. Well I thought he meant the crown but he meant the tooth was out. I didn’t feel any tugging or pulling or any thing! I totally recommend Dr. Orlando 100%! They told me to take IBUPROFEN before the numbness wore off so I took a couple around 7 PM and it’s almost 10 and it feels good. I ate a frosty a little while ago and it’s all good! Sorry so long but he was awesome!
