From the moment I walked into bright now dentals office, I felt completely at ease and that’s all thanks to the amazing team running the front end. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She greeted me with a smile, handled all of my paperwork quickly, and made sure I understood everything about my appointment and insurance. Her warm personality and calm energy really set the tone for a great visit. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the office manager, Soraya. She clearly runs a tight ship with so much grace and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about the patient experience everything from scheduling to billing is handled smoothly. She’s always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel supported and informed. The entire office runs very well, and that’s a reflection of Soraya’s leadership. Diana is a fantastic, and it’s clear she’s built a team that matches her high standards.
