It was a very pleasant experience – everyone was very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if the Dr. Introduced himself. Normally when you see a new provider, they will say: “hello, I am Dr. …….., and I will be treating you today”
It was still a positive experience, even though I didn’t know who was treating me.
