I’m glad I hadn’t seen the negative reviews before switching over to Bright Now! last month. This is the first year I don’t have dental insurance and I was very nervous about how much everything would cost, despite initial phone quotes. Then, when it turned out I did need a little extra work done beyond the standard cleaning, Nicole, the Office Manager was understanding and incredibly patient as she explained the costs and then actually told me about a discount program with better pricing than the one I had planned to use. Then came my second round of nerves, since the dental work I’d had two years ago from a different dental practice was absolutely torturous. Dr. Narla was empathetic and went above and beyond to ensure my procedure was nothing more than a little uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe it! Lastly, Lara, Dental Tech, gave me one of the most gentle but impressively thorough cleanings that I’ve ever had. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
