I recently visited Bright Now Dental for a filling and to have a crown cemented, and Dr. Hong did an excellent job. The procedure was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment.

During the visit, the dental hygienist suggested a $125 laser treatment, which I decided to decline. There was a bit of pushback, and I was told I would need to return for my cleaning since it was close to their lunch break. While that was slightly inconvenient, the staff did process my DeltaCare USA HMO plan correctly and charged the proper rates, which I appreciated.

Overall, I’m happy with the dental work Dr. Hong performed and with the accurate handling of my insurance, though I wish the upselling and scheduling felt a bit more patient-friendly.
