The staff at Bright Now was exceptional with amazing customer service, from the front desk reception to the back staff along with the dentist/orthodontist. As a new patient everyone took part in making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Lily was so kind as she explained a few procedures I was to have at that visit. I was really impressed with that whole staff!
I forgot what great customer service looked like until my current new patient visit with Bright Now in Oceanside,Ca
