I’m had braces with other providers and it just wasn’t what was needed. When I contacted bright now and switched over it was everything I could as for. Service was not hours long! Dr was nice and patience, even listen to my concerns when he came to what I didn’t like about my treatment or my teeth. After 5 years of braces I was able to complete my treatment my teeth look GREAT. Lost my Retainer the same week I got my braces taken off and they were able to get me in for another scan and a replacement the next day that they did ortho. I will definitely recommend right now to other people that I know. The staff are nice. They answer the phone in a timely manner.
