Just frustrated with how communication has been happening. Called on Friday during business hours, left a voicemail. On Monday, I never got a call back so I called at 3:25 and I’ve been on hold for an hour now. I understand having to wait, but an hour (soon to be more) on hold is a little extreme. Especially when the receptionist spoke so quickly and softly I never even comprehended what she said. Team is good, but I’m really not sure what’s happening with communication.
