I’ll not mince words, the staff are great. They’re kind, hard-working, and professional. And they do great work.
But they’re operating way beyond their caseload capacity.
You will be waiting to be called back to a room at least 30 minutes after your appointment time, every time. The waiting room will be packed. It’s not a comfortable place.
The longest I waited in the waiting room was 90 minutes, but there was also more waiting once we were in the room, so we left the office 3 hours after my daughter’s appointment time when the exam only took 10-15 minutes to complete.
