I was made to feel like I was annoying everyone by asking questions, and was even told to hurry up and decide because they need to go to lunch. I don’t think redoing fillings when the dentist is not even sure it will help, and could potentially make things worse, is a decision to take lightly. I’m a very particular person and I don’t like to go forward with something if I don’t understand why I’m doing it, and that didn’t seem to mesh well here. The three stars are because, despite this being an issue for the entire time I was a patient here, they cleaned my teeth well, identified decay, and did manual scaling for me when I requested it due to pain from the ultrasonic scaler. They’re not a bad office and I’m sure everyone involved in my situation was doing their best. I just don’t like being told we could do something that might not help and being told to hurry up about that decision.
