I first found this office I believe in 2021 when I had a filling fall out of my tooth and looked up dentists who would take my information. They have been a blessing. Every single person there is caring and kind, the assistants and dentist are gentle with what they’re doing and explain everything they’re going to do, are currently doing, why they’re doing it, etc. I love this office and the people in it so much, they’ve made going to the dentist something I look forward to doing and I’m never scared or nervous to be seen because I know they’ll take good care of me.
I had an extremely bad mental health year last year where I did not take care of my dental hygiene like I should’ve which resulted in 14 cavities. I found that out when I went to go get a broken tooth looked at because i’m still trying to bring myself back from that dark place. They treated me as any other patient, they didn’t comment or ridicule or hurt my feelings in any way about how my teeth were, in fact the dentist even asked if i was doing okay and if there was a reason that it had gotten this bad. I was not made to feel ashamed in any way which is a great factor in keeping people wanting to come to them if they’ve been in my same spot or for other reasons are just now starting to get their dental health corrected.
