Dr. Jomar Diaz Nicolas was the definition of patient centered care and professionalism. She took the time to explain every step, and even show me photos after.her technique was flawless. The staff was kind and responsive. Julie at the front desk went above all expectations for check in and radiated kindness. There were no side conversations or joking between staff, everyone was coordinated and restored my trust after a bad previous experience.
