My visit went well even though while I was in the waiting area I witnessed one of the assistants literally arguing with a customer. I felt it to be unprofessional having the assistant go back and forth with the customer over what was obviously a miscommunication issue. Whatever happened “The customer is always right”? Even if the customer was possibly wrong you should not go back and forth with the customer in an heated argument as I witnessed. 😢
