I have been going to Bright Now for my kids for years and have NEVER received service as awesome as this. Don’t get me wrong, the staff and dentists/orthodontist we have come in contact with have been great as well. Other than the occasional lengthy wait time, I have been happy with the service here. However, recently my son broke his permanent teeth and we had to rush to be seen. We were fortunate enough to see Dr. Baker. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient with my son. He explained every step to him and really engaged him so that he would be comfortable with the procedure and not get scared. As Dr. Baker spoke to my son, the expression on his face changed from concern to relief. My son likes things to be explained to him so this really put him at ease, which put me at ease. The last thing I want is for my son to develop an aversion to the dentist. 10 stars for Dr. Baker. Thank you for making this process for my son a joyful one.
