Once the treatment started the communication was poor. After X-rays I was left in a treatment room and told I’ll be right with you. After 10 minutes the person came back and took me to a different room for treatment. After the cleaning I was told the dentist would be in to see me shortly. Then I had no more contact or communication for 20 minutes. The communication I then received was, “the doctor is still in a surgery you need to come back to get your emxray results “. I understand that things happen and schedules get behind. You need to be better at communicating that. I was at the office for an hour and a half for a simple cleaning and didn’t even see the dentist.
