The music screaming at me from the TV was so bad I had to exit the waiting room and stand in the hall. Unbelievable noise is what I call it. The office staff (one lady on duty during lunch hour) could not have cared less about my complaint. On a more positive note, Lucas cleaned my teeth and he was fantastic. This was the first time I’ve had him as my hygienist. He was very professional, but still added a bit of humor during the cleaning.
