My appointment was 10.:00 am however I waited until 10:45 am to be seen.
They competed a set of x-rays but when seeing the hygienist the x-rays failed to show full root display so they completed a second set.
The X-ray revealed need for deep cleaning which was completed at that time.
I had some difficulty understanding the need for the procedure and exactly what was involved. I was informed by the hygienist that it would be negligent to perform a routine cleaning because of the need for a deep cleaning.
The involvement of the dentist in my visit was minimal and all of the exam and cleaning procedures were performed by the hygienist who did an admirable job.
