Everyone in this office is very nice, and Dr. Pollack seems very good. Unfortunately, she is only available on Tuesdays (which is why I am only giving 4 stars), so the scheduling just didn’t work out for me and I had to find a new periodonist, as I needed my appointments to fall on days I was off work. Just a heads-up…I had a few 8a appointments, but I don’t think she ever arrived before 8:05-8:10. Only a big deal if you’re schedule is tight. One time I had a late afternoon appointment and was stuck in a traffic jam trying to get there, and they were very accommodating and still saw me.
