I know there are several one star reviews. And I have also experienced wait times and one appointment that needed rescheduled due to a dental emergency for another patient. But I’ll tell you the reason I will continue to wait and be rescheduled if need be: Dr. Martin and her staff.

I’m a stage IV cancer patient and I see a LOT of doctors. Most of them at the Cleveland clinic main campus and while they are extremely professional and on top of my care, I never have felt seen as a person before meeting Dr. Martin and her team. They remembered me and asked about things happening in my life and they were all so happy for me to get the smile I deserved. I usually tremble and sweat in the dentist chair but Dr Martin made me so comfortable, I didn’t even need the anxiety medications I typically do for medical/dental appointments. I trust her explicitly.

I won’t lie and say I never had to wait but I promise the wait is worth it. Most of the time, however, I didn’t wait long before going back. I know some of the staff can be a little direct and short due to the amount of patients and volume of work, but I promise they care too. They worked with me and helped me and were all around some of the most flexible dental team I’ve worked with. Book with Dr. Martin and cut the front staff a break.
