Spectacular customer service, always prompt and kind and efficient. Hygienist Sylvia is absolutely magical, and the dentist is very kind and knowledgeable with a gentle bedside manner. My kids (both older now) are wary of dental offices since they had some terrible experiences as kids (thanks a lot western dental, inhumane AF). Bright Now makes us feel comfortable and safe, they do a thorough job, and continuously implement ethical treatment of patients.
