I’ve been a patient of Bright Now for 15 yrs.and have always been treated kindly and professionally. This week I had a dental emergency and needed a tooth extracted. I contacted my regular Bright Now to schedule an appointment and was told the dentist would be out for the month. ( paternity leave?) so I called the branch on N Blackstone and was given an appt. for the following day. When I arrived I was asked for my ID which I did not have with me. As a result I was made to produce all my insurance cards and fill out new patient paperwork. I guess all the Bright Nows are franchises but I cannot understand why I would need to resubmit all my info after being a patient for so long. Frustrating at best. Long story short; front office could use some customer service training but the back office was wonderful. Dr. Hoang was amazing. Professional and personal at the same time. His assistants follow his lead and offer great patient service. Thanks for asking.
