6/21: I had my initial visit yesterday and had several x-rays completed by the front desk receptionist “assistant” ? She also had to impervise since the office was out of x-ray mouth kit, which was super uncomfortable.

Waited 15min..The dentist finally arrived and came in with a very brief consult & overview of my discovered results and quick walk thru about my treatment plan. I wish the dentist was more throughout and took his time as I was a new patient. Specifically about where my issues were located and the treatment plan.

Unfortunately I will need to visit them often to take care of my discovered issues. I recently switch from a different dental office and I was a patient with them for 20+ years.

My last visit was on Feb 2024 (had filings) and I’m in a lot of pain and for some reason it feels like all of my filings have rejected. I called them to inform about my issue to get an emergency appointment and they could not get me in until late of next year (BELOW STANDARD OF CARE!) And now the doctor who performed all these procedures on me no longer works there.
