the dentist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and front desk seem to be all genuinely nice and caring. they were clear and communicative with me about insurance problems, payment, next steps and wait time expectations. i was able to get an appointment the same day/next day as well. they are not the most organized, however. be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting.

I was scheduled for 12:00pm and i got there at 11:50am. only needed x-ray and cleaning but i didn't get out until 2:40pm. I spent almost 2 hours doing nothing but waiting as the hygienist was out for lunch. they did suggest around 1:20pm that i should come back at 2pm, but why would i go home and sit for 10 min and then come back. not just me but seem like every other patients had to wait for a while as well. I wonder why they would schedule me around the time when staff would not be in office.

the teeth cleaning itself was fine. i like the hygienist but to be honest she was 10 min late, she was cleaning my teeth alone (at other places i usually have 2 hygienists working on me) and i've had way more thorough teeth cleaning pretty much everywhere else.

i do like the office and would consider coming back! just some feedback.

They make going to the dentist while being treated with kindness and help. The Dentist is considerate and helpful in making sure you know fully the details of you exam.

I can’t say enough good things about this office! I originally came here for an emergency root canal with Dr. Full, and that experience alone was enough to make me a loyal patient.

Dr. Full and Luis are absolutely amazing—so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. They constantly check in to make sure you’re comfortable, especially if you’re feeling any sensitivity or pain.

It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill, and kindness, but this place truly delivers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust!

Dentist helped me save money by just giving me fillings for my two molars since I grind my teeth at night. Went to another dental office previously and was suggested I should get two crowns which would’ve been over $2000. It was a huge relief. Glad that I got a second opinion and it was easy going

I had a wonderful experience at Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics – Santa Ana. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sean and his assistant were absolutely amazing — they listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure all my dental concerns were addressed. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit.

Customers service improve a lot compare to the beginning of the year, I was there the people at front desk were very bad mannered, I was very please to see all new people very nice ,very polite,mi dentist as always he is very nice,and understanding.

They attended me right away due to severity of my case and with my appointment and they calmed me down when they noticed I was nervous and even walked me to my car to make sure I was good after my surgery. They were all super chill.

Went in with emergency molar removal due to a bad crown that fell off. Turns out all that was needed was reshaping tooth to make a crown fit and voile! Wearing temp now, it's perfect. No stress, caring staff, would highly recommend.

The dental Hygienist cleaned my teeth she is so professional knowledgeable and always is so friendly and nice my teeth feel great. The receptionist is nice and is knowledgeable as well when it comes to treatment and recommendations payments etc. I enjoy coming here because it is close to my house and they do a good job here.

I had a couple teeth removed yesterday. Doc and his team were great. Very gentle with the sedation n extraction of my teeth. Didn’t feel a thing and was in and out. Very important to know what you want. What you are getting and they accept care credit

The people that bright now dental have always been professional, courteous and communicate well for me to understand my dental care treatments. Dr. Hashemian has been wonderful, caring and informative. Best dentist I’ve ever had.
