Kind, Friendly and Quick.

Staff and dentist are super friendly. We didn't wait long to be seen and once on the chair, service was quick. All work was complete. Not like other dentists that have you come in several times to complete the work. Dentist was very patient and gentle with my kids. I recommend this dental office.

I was so afraid to go to the dentist for several reasons but for one, the cost and secondly, the pain. I came in fully expecting to have a huge bill and my mouth full of cavities. I did have some cavities but the entire team was so lovely, patient and kind with me that it made me worries disappear. I’m very happy with my overall experience. They offered a payment plan and it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I expected. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Bright Now Dental in West Covina was super welcoming and made the whole visit easy from start to finish. Crystal at the front desk was so kind and helpful and made check in and scheduling really smooth. It immediately set a great tone for the visit.

Anita, the dental hygienist, was honestly amazing. She was gentle, really thorough, and explained everything without making it overwhelming. I’ve never had a cleaning feel this comfortable.

The dentist and the rest of the staff were just as great. Very professional but also genuinely caring, which makes a huge difference. I usually don’t love going to the dentist, but this experience completely changed that.

Anita was amazing! She did a very thorough cleaning and took impressions for my mouth guard, and the whole process was quick and completely painless. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend her!

I recently had the best experience here (as always) but this last time was the best. I had awful pain on one side of my mouth and needed to make an emergency appointment. On the phone they were so nice and accommodating, I felt like they really were doing everything they could to help. I came in that same day and the next day was already getting my root canal done. Ellsie was so nice and informative and Crystal explained the financials in a way that made a lot of sense and helped me understand what I was paying! They even did the best they could with the pricing because I am on a fixed income. I appreciate it so much Ellie and Crystal!! I’m a Bright Now! (west Co) Stan for life!

Wow, talking about the difference between Western Dental and Bright Now. Both my daughter and I whete impressed with the people working there, especially the giant dentist, he is ond of the most friendliest person I have ever met. My daughter has anxiety, and was really scared due of her bad experience at Western Dental. But this man, put her anxiety to rest, he was very considered, explained everything before he did anything, this place and its staff is amazing. Thank you so much for the exellent care. My daughters anxiety has disappeared, she goes in with a smile, and comes out with a brighter smile. Me, what can I tell you, im happy that my daughter found this dentistry.

I enjoy the time with all those employees in Bright Now Dental. I can feel the care with the receptionist, ex-ray techniquican showing her personality, seeing the dental assistant wanting to help and the pro but fun in the dentist. I love hearing the dad inside the dentist talking to me. My dentist family is true care. I'll keep going there.

Always like going there great people and the dentist really good never had a problem really cares about patients
