I am very self conscious about my teeth. I am embarrassed to smile and I was embarrassed to even go to the dentist plus I get anxiety going to the dentist. I felt very comfortable with dr. Martin. She is very caring and the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Everyone there was very polite and professional. No stress and no pressure was put on me. The 2 crowns they put on look fantastic. I will go back if need be...

She's a good doctor good dentist. She deserves a 6 star. Her technicians are very polite, very nice front desk as well!! I would recommend them.

This particular day there was a long wait, but the office was beautiful. The dentist was professional. Dental tech was very nice and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and made me feel like they care about me. They explained my options and we reached a plan for my care. I would recommend Bright Now to my friends. Much better experience than with my former dental office.

The dentist was very kind, but the wait was long and the office did not seem very clean.

I know there are several one star reviews. And I have also experienced wait times and one appointment that needed rescheduled due to a dental emergency for another patient. But I’ll tell you the reason I will continue to wait and be rescheduled if need be: Dr. Martin and her staff. I’m a stage IV cancer patient and I see a LOT of doctors. Most of them at the Cleveland clinic main campus and while they are extremely professional and on top of my care, I never have felt seen as a person before meeting Dr. Martin and her team. They remembered me and asked about things happening in my life and they were all so happy for me to get the smile I deserved. I usually tremble and sweat in the dentist chair but Dr Martin made me so comfortable, I didn’t even need the anxiety medications I typically do for medical/dental appointments. I trust her explicitly. I won’t lie and say I never had to wait but I promise the wait is worth it. Most of the time, however, I didn’t wait long before going back. I know some of the staff can be a little direct and short due to the amount of patients and volume of work, but I promise they care too. They worked with me and helped me and were all around some of the most flexible dental team I’ve worked with. Book with Dr. Martin and cut the front staff a break. Photo of my messy smile leaving the office after my last appointment is attached. I’m so happy the office took the time to care about me. Thank you all so so much.

Great service. All of the employees I encountered were considerate and polite. They took every opportunity to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Highly recommend.

This was my daughters first dentist appointment. She is 7. They were so excellent with her and explained what they were going to do. We traveled over an hour to get there. But it is so worth it. Will be going their myself. They are the best!!!

Love this team! Doc Dohar and crew make you feel comfortable and at ease. They saved my vaca, I had a crown pop the day before I left for Outter Banks and they made time for me on a Friday afternoon. I’m very grateful.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the provider was kind and personable My children were nervous at first but when they left my 3 year old say “Mom I love the dentist” Kid friendly for sure
