Just a note regarding my cleaning. I did not feel that I have a thorough exam. We just talked about an appliance for TMJ dr did say I did not have cavities but he also suggested an implant for a molar #12 tooth ??

Dr Chan made me feel at ease. He was kind and professional. Looking forward to completing all treatments. It would’ve been nice to have the tech taking X-rays introduce herself. She greeted me but didn’t give her name. The front staff became argumentative when I inquired about the estimate. When I called in later regarding a referral the Dentist planned to give me, the receptionist was snarky. Her tone was not pleasant.

10/10 would go here again. I had a molar pulled and felt I was in great care the whole time.

Actually didn't wait too long to be called back but did sit in the chair for awhile before getting my cleaning and "exam" by the dentist. My hygienist Tara was great. Dentist did a "drive by" (less than 5 mins) during my cleaning to tell me there were no cavities. After I was done, they tried to schedule me for a cleaning in 4 months which was not covered by my insurance and would cost $90. Luckily the assistant at the front caught that and let me know. I declined the 4 month cleaning and scheduled for a 6 month cleaning which would be covered by my insurance. Just a warning for others, be aware of what your insurance covers.

I took my Teen to start her Brace process. The staff was very friendly, thorough and understanding. So far happy with her new Dentist Office 🦷

Staff very personable, proficient & professional! Receptionist ,Yevette, got me in "right away" due to my emergency, Cece, great x-ray technician! Dr. Chan thorough & great bedside manner. Lilly, financial staff, explained cost & coverage efficiently and Stella, front desk staff, worked hard to accommodate my next appointment due to my own fluctuating work schedule. Bright now Dental was truly the best dental visit I have had!! They were very helpful and quick to answer my questions and see to the needs for which I had made my appointment. The entire staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, definitely a recommend for dental needs!!

The best dentist I have EVER had!!! He was very gentle and responsive, I didn’t experience any pain throughout my procedure (extraction and implant) absolutely painless. I didn’t smell smoke from the drill, he didn’t smash my lips like most dentist. I was so comfortable I could naturally fall asleep. The staff were ALL friendly and accommodating. Best experience ever for a dentist!!! 👋👋
