My first time here, such a great experience. My daughter needed a baby tooth extracted and they got us in and out so fast. DEFINITELY plan to bring my toddler here next.

Front staff are great. I rated a 3 only because a new dentist I saw on 4/19/24 lacked customer service skills. His voice was loud, he spoke using dental terminology rather simple language and during our conversation he told me I wasn't listening. He seemed to be in a hurry based on body language.

The staff are all very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Bright Now dental!

OUTSTANDING service for everyone that works at this dental office!! Doctor John was so thorough, answered all my questions, explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable! Taylor did a great job cleaning my teeth, she was very caring and understood all my concerns! I would highly recommend this dental office!!!

Finally found my dentist!!! Since the day I turned 18 I had been looking for a dentist that could do as good of a job as my childhod dentist. But for 12 years I've had zero luck, until now. I am so happy to finally find Dr John and his team. I was embarrassed by my teeth and was hesitant to show my smile to yet another dentist that was only going to tell me how bad my teeth were. but the team at Bright Now never made me feel insecure at all. They explained everything with kindness and true compassion. Im sure this might sound dramatic but after I walked out of my first appointment at BirthtNow I was in tears of relief. Relief that I finally found a place I could 100% trust and feel confident enough to show my biggest insecurity to. I cant wait to work with them to get the smile I've only dreamed of. Friendly staff!

Bright Now! Has given me a great experience all 3 times I have been in there. My assigned dentist has taken the time to explain in much detail all the issues with my teeth. He has also taken the time to fix my teeth with advance procedures, which I am very thankful for. The office personnel is polite and courteous. Thank you.

Was very happy at the group as a whole there. Once I had completed my required paper work I was put through everything like perfect cordination. ***UPDATE This is my third or fourth time visiting and I am still pleased. Everyone is kind, helpful, and organized. My teeth are doing great and i highly recommend. This is a brand new facility. It is extremely clean and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I received a next day weekend appointment over the phone. Upon check in I was offered a water and tour of the facility. All of the equipment was high tech. The dentist has great bedside manners, was teally friendly, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, does not upsell, and was gentle during my procedures and exam. I experienced no pain. The Office Manager/Coordinator (not sure if his title) was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The receptionist was wonderful as well-very welcoming. When I left I even received a bag of dental health products. I booked my follow up before I left. Found my new Dental office! Highly recommend.

Great service. Staff is super friendly and kind. Took my 11 year old who was nervous and he had a lot of questions and they answered all his questions and even had him laughing. I highly recommend thia location.

I love this place! I’m probably one of the few people who actually enjoys seeing the dentist, but a few dentists prior to Bright Now made me question going. I’ve had a different dentist tell me I needed a ton of expensive dental work done (I’d like to think I take good care of my teeth), taken aback by this I told them I needed to think about it before proceeding, went & got a 2nd opinion & turns out I didn’t have any of the issues I had been told. I don’t have to worry about being ripped off or lied to when I come here. If anything they’ve helped me save money & never pressure me. All of the staff are so great. First time I went Luis was in front. He’s extremely personable & helpful. My next visit was almost year later since my 6 month appt had to be missed due to Covid. Hopefully he’s still there but regardless, the woman they had up front was just as great. The Dr & hygienist are very good at putting you at ease. It doesn’t feel like some stuffy office setting. They actually show some personality while still being professional. If you don’t have a dentist or you're looking for a new one, you need to give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

Clean environment. No concerns with safety hazards. Great, knowledgeable Dental Hygienist. Upon arrival, the front office medical assistant/receptionist was on the phone but made eye contact with me. During the waiting period, another customer walked up and she ended her call and started to assist him. She never apologized to me at all for the disregard or inconvenience. This alone ruined my entire customer service experience. The other customer ended up apologizing!! Please train your front office team on providing better customer service as Dental offices are plenty and customers have of choices!

Nice, professional staff. Super nice and clean office, state of the art equipment. Got an appointment right away. They were very conscious of COVID precautions which really made me feel safe. Dr Len was knowledgeable and professional and very gentle with needles and shots. Best of all, no upsells which I totally hate. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Dr.Park and his staff were very polite and made me feel very at ease. Was ny first tune there but the experience was great.
