Excellent dental office with an honest and competent staff.

This is my go to dentist from now on. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful, and they smile often. :) I went in for a root canal and it looks like its going to be done in 3 visits total. The first visit was xrays. The xray equipment they have is different from all other dentists. Other dentists use a rubber oddly shaped sqaure/rectangle thing that just gets wedged in your mouth and stabs the roof of your mouth with its sharp angles The ones they have here are like a little square biscuit thats one uniform shape. it has some metal bracket that sticks out so they can line up the xray machine, and its not so close to your face. The second visit i waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes after my appointment time, met the doctor and he numbed me up good. First gave me a gel on the gums, then about 3 shots i think at first. The root canal took about 40 minutes to complete, the rest of the visit was prep and installation of my crown. Total visit was 2 and a half hours. Thank you so much Bright Now Dental, thank you very much to the receptionist who helped me, she has a very nice smile. And my most gratuitous thanks to the two doctors who performed the root canal. Im very happy with the results. :D

Leticia C was very professional and helping my wife and I set up our accounts, explaining how to properly use the money for specific procedures. Sylvia, the hygienist was excellent in doing the deep cleaning for both my wife and I as we were both Very sensitive about needles and deep cleaning. Sylvia made it a very comfortable and smooth process.

From the Dentist Doctor, his staffs ( Dentist assistants), manager & front office workers, are all friendly professionals, A Big Applause to them all!

I have been avoiding my dental care for quite a while now due to some really bad experiences. I originally went in for a very painful tooth that needed a root canal. Turned out that the tooth was too far gone and needed to be pulled. Everyone from Dr. Hobock and Javier to the office manager Stephanie were fantastic. Everything was explained to me in detail and the procedure was quick and fairly painless. I have not had any issues with healing and the aftercare instructions were explained thoroughly. I will be coming back for everything else I need done and my regular dental hygiene.

I found this location online like 3 years ago I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, they make you feel very welcomed .. my family and I have had all of our dental procedures done here .. I would like to say thank you to Stephanie from the finance dept you are amazing ! I travel like 30 minutes to get there but I like to support a good business when I find one that I like 👌I have never had any issues with finding open availability for any service if I don’t go in the same day I usually get the next business day booked.. thank you to all the staff at this office you are all amazing !

My experience was awesome, I have been looking for a dentist for over a year. The staff was so professional and nice. Very reasonable

I would say my most recent visit to get my wisdom tooth removed was not pleasant as far as billing goes. I was told $583 with my insurance and when I showed up, she stated it was actually $603 but if I wanted to be sedated it would then be $781.50 and that my insurance may or may not cover it all so then I would also owe another $186 but she won't know until my insurance pays the first portion because they pay by check. The staff member that I spoke to on my last visit before this one was there for this visit and no one bothered to ask her how she quoted me incorrectly on the price... it was almost $300 more than I was initially quoted. Kinda bummed out from this experience but I love my hygienist Sylvia so much I don't want to move to another office!

Great service from this office from the front office staff to the techs and dentists. I recommend this place! They not only help you with your needs, but they also care for you!

I highly recommend coming to this office, great assistants, the office manager Stephanie is super good, she answered all my questions, she is very informative.

I have been a satisfied customer for 6 years. They do good work and do not try to overcharge me. They also are friendly and appear to care about me and my teeth. My previous dentist in Murrieta repeatedly kept overcharging me for his work claiming their price list of my insurance was higher than my copy of my price list. I eventually filed a detailed complaint with Delta Dental and got hundreds of overcharged dollars back. Therefore, I recommend Bright Now.

Great dentist office, the dentist is honest with a great bedside manner, but the star of the show is Sylvia (hygienist). She makes going to the dentist bearable.

The staff is kind professional & gentle. The dentist has the most contagious laugh which is comforting & has a very conservative approach. There is never pressure to do anything you don't want to do. I've been going there for about 3 years now & they have made crowns & a night guard for me that turned out really well. I'd recommend this office.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dental office. Everyone from the front desk, dental hygenist, dental assistant, and Dr. Hobock have been amazing. They take great care to make sure you're comfortable, and they explain in detail what you need, and how much it will cost. Everyone has been super helpful, compassionate, and understanding. Most importantly for me, I have felt no judgment, which is alot more than I can say for some other dental offices I have been to.

The Dr was patient with my questions and did a good job in a timely manner with removing a tooth and doing the graph. The staff was nice, patient, and careful when getting me ready for the procedure. The entire staff from front desk on was very kind.

My experience with bright now dental has been wonderful. No complaints. I would recommend.
