Everyone I met today was so great. I was so impressed with how thorough and helpful everyone was!! I always have a great experience at this dental office. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk receptionist Savannah was especially friendly and helpful—check-in was smooth, and she makes scheduling and insurance questions easy to understand. After dealing with a failed root canal and terrible customer service with my local western dental i decided to give bright dental a chance and their customer attention is 100x better than I ever imagined. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. They sought to find me the best and most affordable solutions and gave me information on how they will handle the insurance portion of it. They gave me the sense of really trying to look out for their patients and trying everything they can to get insurance approval. I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use them as my new dental provider.

The best dentist I've ever been to! They are very gentle and really take the time to work with you on your dental issues. I have to have periodontal treatment for the next two years and the deep cleanings have been excellent with no pain! I highly recommend them and have even recommended them to family members.

After looking into a number of dentists for my dental work, I decided to have Brite Now do my dental work,not only was Savannah very helpful in educating me on my options,she was patient and let me make the decision. I say this mainly because most places I went made me feel rushed and pressured to commit on the spot. I appreciated this from her. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and educated when asked questions. The environment felt friendly and welcoming. Dental work for some people involves major decision making. The front desk was so efficient! My hygienists was so efficient….she knows what she is doing!

Great cleaning! But it took two hours for an exam and cleaning because of the long periods of waiting.

I am thankful to the entire staff, including the administrators, for their attention and the very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I express my gratitude to the dentist Navid Bamdad, a true dentist with a capital D, who did a great, highly qualified job. What I now have are- super-cool, high-quality crowns and a perfectly placed implant, as well as two teeth saved : that other clinics said would only need to be removed those two teeth.

I saw another dentist there who completely botched a crown for me - it broke in half when he tried to install it. Instead of casting a new mold for a crown, he just re-ordered the same crown that broke.

When I came back to have it installed, instead of him I got to work with Dr. Love. She saw the problem immediately, and cast a new crown and had me come back. I just had the new crown installed, and it’s a great fit.

Dr. Love is a skilled, thoughtful, intelligent, diligent dentist who really cares about doing a good job. I’m so lucky and grateful to have been treated by her.
