Pros: Really liked the online appointment. Staff are friendly. Fast service. Cons: They need a better water suck equipment. Too much water when doing a cleaning. I choked at least 3 times.

WOW! Front desk representative Veronica was very helpful and patient with my dental issues. Veronica treated me, an elderly with respect and dignity. Veronica is indeed a valuable asset to Bright Now Dental organization.

My first experience here at Bright Now and everyone was welcoming and so nice. Dr. Alex was the best! When he worked on my teeth he was gentle and didn’t hurt me at all. I finally found a good Dentist that I don’t mind coming to see.

Dr.Alejandro was the best I ever encountered. He was very professional and concern of my well-being during the entire process. Alejandro has been the the 1st dentist that did not hurt me during a root canal and deep cleaning. This is my new place to go for all my dental work

Wonderful experience. The office is run so efficiently. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did my full initial exam, repaired a few cavities, and did a deep cleaning all in the first visit. They set up future plans for my needs and did all the insurance issues for me. I am so happy I went here!

I had developed the sever tooth pain couple of days ago and called the my dental office in Pico Rivera for appointment. To my surprise the girl at the desk told me come over there right now if you so desire. In half an hour I was there Dr. Joseph check me and referred me to a specialist in his network with an appointment just two days apart in W. Covina office. It was nice and big relief. Thanks to Dr. Joseph and his team.
