The staff was warm and friendly, they took great care of me. The oral surgery went great. I was so relieved!!! I was out for 45 mins, i had 14 teeth to extract. It was like i took s nap and woke up and my teeth( my horrble nightmate of teeth) was gone! No bad effects from sedation. Dr. Chen was great!!! They knew what to do !! So for that reason and my great experience, iI would recommend them to all the scardy cats that are afraid of dentist!! Thank you Bright now!! I have a paiful ordeal over with!! My crown fell out during a Zoom call. Glad I wasn't presenting. I needed emergency service and my dentist was not able to take me, so I did a search and found Bright Now Dental. The customer service at this location is 💯. Everyone was so kind and gentle. That's exactly what I need as it helped to calm my nerves and anxiousness. If you want to be well taken care of by experience, skills, acumen and great customer service, then this is your new dentist office...and mine. Dr. McDonald and her assistant were both AWESOME! The team here is kind, compassionate and thorough! I had a wonderful visit and I didn’t feel nervous or shamed for the state of my teeth. I will definitely be getting all my dental work done here!

It was my first time, they just checked me and took xrays. Every person that I dealt with was professional, courteous, and nice. Doctor McDonald, xray tech, receptionist, all excellent. The price for the first visit was very reasonable.
The only thing I have to say, is that the estimate they gave me for all my dental issues was ridiculously expensive, even the small details. But, I don't have insurance, take that in consideration.

The staff are personable and make every visit enjoyable. I got my braces and get my cleaning done here. Please is clean and the music is on point!

I absolutely love Bright Now Dental. My doctor is Matthew Jones and he is the best orthodontist I’ve ever had. The front staff is so quick and professional! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things as it is for others, but the staff at Bright Now! made it pleasant. Everyone took their time with me and explained thoroughly. I am very pleased!
