Very kind, knowledgeable and efficient people at this location and the parking is ample!
My initial visit was great. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The office was clean and inviting. I haven’t had any actual work done yet but seems like it will be a breeze.
I love this dentist’s office! Dr. Irini Sahuon is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and welcoming and the dental hygenist staff are also nice and quick and there is never a long wait!
As a new patient I had a great experience for my first visit. Assistant, Hygienist, and Dentist were all very professional and helpful. I will be returning for my cleaning and (unfortunately) a couple of fillings. Look forward to being a patient here for the foreseeable future. Only request would be an option to complete the new patient intake info electronically, but that's just a small preference.
Had a great session yesterday with them on 82nd. Fun doctor and staff.
Great care, friendly & great service.
I HIGHLY recommend this location! Everyone there is very personable. They were willing to answer any of my questions and address all of my concerns. I've had three visits there, so far, and all have been extremely pleasant. Everyone is very professional.
My experience was very good.
I've been going to BND for a few years now and continue to be impressed with the quality of the care. From the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist herself, I always feel like I'm in good hands. I appreciate, too, that I can ask questions and get thoughtful, informed answers. When I had a question about an unexpected charge, I phoned in, talked to a very pleasant yet professional representative in the billing department, and -- in this case -- the charge was removed.
Very nice staff, & they only hurt me a little...
They did a good job of getting me in fast
When deciding on a treatment to replace a missing tooth or teeth it’s best to consider the longevity of the material and what will be the closest to functioning and looking like natural teeth. You may save money upfront by choosing a bridge or dentures, but in the long run you’re much better off going with dental implants, as they function like natural teeth and they can last a lifetime. Take a look at the chart below to show the differences between dental treatments.
Tooth Replacement Treatments | Implant | Bridge | Dentures (Full or Partial) |
Longevity | Lifetime | 7-10 Years | 5-7 Years |
Preservation of healthy adjacent teeth | Yes | No | No |
Prevent bone loss & preserve facial appearance | Yes | No | No |
Need regular adjustments | No | Yes | Yes |
Accelerated loss of adjacent teeth | No | Yes | Yes |
What are dental Implants?
Dental implants mirror the structure of the original tooth. A titanium screw is placed into the jawbone and takes the place of the root of a tooth. It becomes the foundation on which to build new teeth.
What is the process of placing Dental Implants?
The entire process typically takes 3-6 months.
First – if a bad tooth exists, it is removed.
Second – the Implant is placed and as it heals the implant has fused with the bone and your ready for the next step.
Last – we make a new, permanent crown to fit over the implant. |
How do I care for dental implants?
Dental implants require the same care as permanent teeth, including brushing, flossing, and regular dental cleanings.
What is the success rate of dental implants?
Dental implants have the highest success rate of any implant device in the body. Reported success rates are approximately 95%, however this may vary based on location, bone density and prosthetic design. The education and experience of the dentist placing the implant plays a pivotal role in the success of the procedure.
