The Dentist that did my Root Canal’s I was pleased with the work , But when he was finished, he didn’t say anything to me that the work was done It well or what should do afterwards. The assistant did not say anything about it either. i’ve had them done before so I knew what to do when I got home. It just would’ve been nice to have him say it went well and goodbye .

Fantastic staff great to work with a little disappointed with the lack of communication for the first appointment was told it would be xrays and cleaning to get there and find out that there was no hygienist there to clean my teeth and I had to come back again. Besides that hiccup it was a great experience

1-Bright, clean and open space with room for growth (not sure they're looking to hire though).
2-Phenomenal Dentist, friendly dental asst

I arrived early a half-hour early my appointment as a new patient as instructed and was told by the front desk that everyone was at lunch so I should wait. While I waited a few people arrived and my presence was not acknowledged. I went to the desk, told them I was new and needed to fill out paperwork. I was then handed the forms.

Just before my appointment time I was greeted by the dental asst. She took my xrays and made sure I was comfortable. Kind and friendly.

I saw then escorted to an expansive back portion of the offices/exam rooms & greeted by the hygienist. The hygienist graded my gums, examined my teeth and then left. Also friendly.

Dr. Sahuon then came in to examine my teeth/gums & to chat with me about expectations, possible routines for ensuring dental health and educated me on some tactics. Thorough, kind, informative, knowledgeable and friendly.

I did not actually get my teeth cleaned at my first appointment because the hygienist was fully booked. I had to go back to the front desk and schedule an appointment for a month later.

All in all, good experience, the front desk experience could have been better, but maybe it was a function of the time of day 🤷🏽‍♀️

The helper and the dentist were both very attentive, making me feel valued. There were no surprises, and they didn't try to sell me anything or a service.

I'm a new patient and had 2 appointments in the same day. One at 3:00, then at 4:00. First was to see the orthodontist. They got me right in to see him.like around 2. That was great. Second appointment was to see a dentist. Waited for over an hour and when I asked about my dental appointment they said it was too late to see one. That was at 4:00. Was upset because needed to see the dentist due to a broken tooth.

First time coming here. Overall good experience. Doctor was nice. Hygienist was very nice and did a thorough job. Good looking woman too. Only complaints are the upsells. They tried to upsell me on $186 of add on's for a basic cleaning. I was somewhat in a hurry to leave and didnt realize the 30 dollars for a fluoride varnish was an upsell. My copay is normally 30 so I didn't really realize that. Don't think this unnecessary upsell culture is a good look. And overall it will lose the company more money in the long run from patients leaving to go to other clinics due to deceptive unnecessary money making practices. Its overall a good dentist office with great staff but be aware of the corporate mindset. Always question additional charges and firmly state you only "want what insurance covers minus the copay", if you have one. Nothing extra. If you are aware of these things your visit will be a good one. Also seen other comments referring to the "deep cleaning" add on. Seems to be a frequent practice and not just with myself. Just politely decline all additional charges and services that are presented. Most insurances cover cleanings in their entirety minus the copay. Just make sure you are aware of what I mentioned above. I dont think its worth going to another clinic over but its something you need to be aware of. Its not the staffs fault either. Its just how the company operates. Best of luck

After breaking 1/3 of my front tooth, I had it repaired with a filling at Bright Now Dental. It looks and feels so perfect, that one can’t see any difference between it and my other front tooth. THANK YOU, Bright Now Dental! Your staff members are all wonderful!

Dental Emergencies

When to seek immediate dental care.

Chipped Tooth Repair

Lost or Knocked-out Tooth – If you ever knock out a tooth, don’t panic—reach out to a dentist within the next hour. This window is crucial for a chance at tooth reimplantation.

To increase the odds of saving your tooth:

  • Keep it moist! Use milk, saline, or contact solution.
  • Avoid touching the tooth’s root surface.
  • Reduce swelling with a cold compress.
  • Limit bleeding by applying firm pressure.
  • Consider using over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen (Motrin) for comfort.

Infection or Abscess – Don’t ignore those persistent toothaches or gum blisters—they could be signs of a tooth abscess. Immediate treatment is essential to preserve your tooth. Waiting can lead to the unfortunate need for extraction.

Broken, Cracked, or Chipped Tooth – Whether it’s a result of a tumble, a hard bite, or aging dental work, broken teeth can be a pain—literally.

Here’s what to do:

  • Avoid using the damaged side of your mouth.
  • Preserve any significant tooth fragments in milk or saline solution.
  • Bring them to our office on the same day for prompt attention.

Remember, we’re here to help you smile, even in emergencies!

Urgent Dental Care

When care is important, but not an emergency.

Urgent Dental Care Tooth Pain

Lost or Broken Crown – These can happen due to sneaky new cavities or temporary cement. Stay clear of sticky and hard munchies, and snag an appointment at your earliest convenience. Don’t forget to bring the crown with you.

Lost or Damaged Filling – Broken or lost fillings put your natural tooth at risk of more cracks. Avoid biting down on that side and schedule an appointment to prevent further dental damage.

Loose Braces or Brackets – Grab some orthodontic wax to soothe those pesky spots or wires playing rough with your mouth. If needed, nail clippers can help trim rogue wires until you can visit the office.

Persistent Mouth Pain or Toothaches – It could be anything from sinus issues to sneaky cavities or cracked teeth. Reach out to us if that toothache sticks around for more than a week, especially if it’s in a specific area of your mouth.
