The team here is kind, compassionate and thorough! I had a wonderful visit and I didn’t feel nervous or shamed for the state of my teeth. I will definitely be getting all my dental work done here!

It was my first time, they just checked me and took xrays. Every person that I dealt with was professional, courteous, and nice. Doctor McDonald, xray tech, receptionist, all excellent. The price for the first visit was very reasonable.
The only thing I have to say, is that the estimate they gave me for all my dental issues was ridiculously expensive, even the small details. But, I don't have insurance, take that in consideration.

The staff are personable and make every visit enjoyable. I got my braces and get my cleaning done here. Please is clean and the music is on point!

I absolutely love Bright Now Dental. My doctor is Matthew Jones and he is the best orthodontist I’ve ever had. The front staff is so quick and professional! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things as it is for others, but the staff at Bright Now! made it pleasant. Everyone took their time with me and explained thoroughly. I am very pleased!

All of the staff have been extraordinarily helpful. Polite, friendly, efficient - from Brenda at the front to Dr McDonald and all the DAs - they have made my trips as pleasant as a visit to a Dentist can be.

I had an appt 2 hours after I called! X-ray technology great! Also individual enlarged pictures of areas with “ issue” to see and discuss. DrMarcel McDaniel is easy to talk with, understanding, and knowledgeable. Staff very friendly. This was my first visit and I have an appt in 3 days to begin work on my issues. My first impression was very good!

Dr. McDonald’s care is wonderful. She does her best to make you comfortable .

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the technicians and dentists are first rate. Jose and Dr. McDonald took care of me and I couldn't be more pleased. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family.

Overall the staff & dental practitioners were friendly, respectful & very thorough. Unfortunately, Sam at the front desk was very rude & unprofessional. Her lack of customer service skills made my first visit here more challenging than it needed to be.

Update: on my last visit the staff at the front desk were all new. And as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked my information from across the lobby. Please be mindful that people don't want to share their private information for everyone in the lobby to hear. I appreciate the greeting upon entry but talking to me with a raised voice & expecting me to share my personal information across the lobby is unprofessional. Just because it would expedite the check-in process for staff it doesn't mean it has the patient's best interest in mind. I only keep coming back because I pre-paid for my orthodontia care with another Bright Smiles location. Gratefully, Dr. Matt Jones is always welcoming and thorough. And his support staff are always helpful.

Who likes the dentist? 🤔 These folks made me so comfortable it was like I wasn't at the dentist at all. The staff were fun and professional. They know what they are doing. Marcey is great! I am so glad I chose this office. I'm actually looking forward to the dental work I need. The pricing isn't too bad either! Thanks gang! 😀

Love the staff here from the receptionists to the doctors they are always pleasant and professional I don’t go anywhere else.

Another follow up appointment and once again Dr Jones was thorough very welcoming and communicative. Esperanza was just as great because she was gentle patient and very accommodating. Gina at the front desk is always friendly and very professional.

2nd appointment for my clear aligners & it went very well. Elizabeth & Dr. Jones worked seamlessly together & provided great care. This is a huge improvement from my 1st visit. Thanks Bright Smiles Phoenix!
